🌴The Philippines is bordered by Japan to the northeast, China
and Taiwan to the northwest, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore to the southwest, and Indonesia to the south. Also, the east of this country is surrounded by the Philippine Sea and the west by the South China Sea, and it is generally surrounded by the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Among the largest lakes in the Philippines, two lakes, Lanao and Surbago, can be mentioned in the center and in the west of Taal Lake.
