The 11th edition of the West African Clean Energy and Environment Trade Fair and Conference (WACCE'23), an initiative of the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana, concluded successfully, leaving a lasting impact on the clean energy and environmental space.
The event was graced by the Deputy Minister of Energy, Honorable Andrew Egyapa Mercer, whose opening speech set the tone for the remarkable journey ahead. He shared Ghana's unwavering commitment to a sustainable energy future, articulating a vision that involves elevating renewable energy in the national energy mix to an astonishing 1094.63 MW.
With our carefully selected speakers, over a thousand passionate participants, and a dazzling array of 40 exhibitors, each showcasing pioneering innovations and energy-efficient marvels, the trade fair and conference proved to be an unmissable occasion.

1st German Project Development Training Week
The Project Development Programme (PDP) of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fรผr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, under the auspices of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy's German Energy Solutions Initiative in collaboration with the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana (AHK Ghana) cordially invites you to participate in the first German Project Development Training Week (GPDTW) in Ghana from 26th February - 2nd March 2018 in Accra.
The GPDTW, with its distinct focus on project development, is conducted by representatives of reputable German companies and institutions. The GPDTW targets local project developers for in-depth training covering all important technical, commercial and legal aspects of solar and energy storage solution project development.
Participants will gain the following benefits by attending the GPDTW:
