Here... traditionally prepared koobi laden ntroba - garden eggs/aubergine - abomu in coconut oil and local spices, served with boiled egg, and medallions of smoked & grilled fish, grilled chicken and avocado (when in season). Comes with a medley of ampesie... plantain, yam, cocoyam and cassava.

Who'd have thought Menkeni would thwart Bayere! 😅

When we laid them out - including some Bankyi and Brodzi - for the team from Txtghana at our first revamped "Freaky Friday Swivel Lunch" encounter on the rooftop, the most popular ampesi was by far the Menkeni! It went well with our signature Ntroba Abom, they said... and it was accompanied by medallions of smoked mackerel, grilled squid, cassava fish, hweintia infused pork bits, weideaba smeared veal, minty lamb, boiled egg and avocado dripped in Worcester sauce!
