The theme is "eye wu suban" in the local language twi meaning It's your attitude".

This initiative is to inform and educate the public especially those in the informal sector that customer service is all about their attitude and be reminded that the customer is King and Queen.

This is geared towards renewing the mindset of the public to change their attitude towards the customer and promote a healthy and positive attitude on our streets and in our markets.
