The Chamber for Tourism Ghana is an organization that aims to promote and support the growth of tourism in Ghana. Established in 2019, the Chamber has been working tirelessly to provide advocacy, information, and networking opportunities to its members, who include tourism businesses, associations, and government agencies.

As part of our mandate we also equip our members with information and trainings. Over the weekend we visited and trained staff of Ridge Royal Hotel Ridge Royal Hotel Cape Coast Ghana.

Everything about this wonderful destination is great and welcoming. Space elegant rooms, gym, swimming pool, beautiful gardens and private chalets etc. Your experience cannot to quantify in monetary terms, but just a few token to appreciate their kind heart of service.

Talking about their food will take the whole day. It is a delight and an unforgettable experience.

This Easter saw many traveling to many parts of Ghana to celebrate. The most renowned is the Kwaku Easter celebrations.

I experienced this celebration for the first time when I was servicing Ghana as a national service personnel at Asakraka (Saint Pauls Seconday on the ridge) as a maths teacher. National service was a great experience.

For the indigenous people they travel home to meet family, settle disputes, launch development projects and others. They are mostly merchants and it afford the times to rest and socialize.

How has the country promoted and marketed this great opportunity?

Chamber for Tourism Industry Ghana will explore how this great celebration can marketed. We will form partnerships and explore further. Government has done a lot but more can be done.

How sustainable was the whole celebration?

Sustainable Tourism is also a growing conversation.

Let's promote and make tourism the best vehicle for national growth.

Promoting Tourism in Ghana

Beach Club

Looking to have an informal party with lots of fun for your participants? Sajuna offers Entertainment, Sports and Games.

Their 4 stars outdoor facility with a VIP area, holds as many as eight hundred guests. Sajuna Beach Club is the leading place for Company teambuilding and events. Over the weekend The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II held a durbar at the Historic Beale Street, US as part of activities marking the 2022 'Memphis in May International Festival'.

Chiefs, Queenmothers, Government officials, and dignitaries from Ghana and the US joined the procession which also included the various Asante Associations, groups, and individuals. As expected the rich Ghanaian culture was on display at its fullest at the durbar.

The Visit Ghana App results from Destination Single Window Project aimed at creating a harmonized platform handling Ghana Tourism Authority’s main services. The project is in 3 modules, each aimed at addressing identified needs in the industry.

– Module 1 focuses on enhancing the tourism levy collection process to raise needed funding for destination marketing, capacity building and infrastructural projects.

– Module 2 aims at automating GTA processes and providing a seamless interface with relevant stakeholders

– Module 3 targets the promotion of Ghana as an attractive tourism destination.
