The U.S. Embassy in Ghana moved to a new visa services provider on August 26, 2024. All current nonimmigrant visa interview appointments remain valid.

Use this link to the new visa service provider’s website to create a new user account. All applicants will need to create an account to update their DHL delivery preferences. You will also need to create a new account to review your account information, make changes, submit requests, or to contact customer service. Applicants must resubmit requests for expedited appointments if they did not receive a response by August 16.
If you have paid the visa application fee but have not scheduled an interview: You will be able to schedule your appointment using the new visa service provider’s website, pending availability.
