This tree is called Naa Dataa Tua (King’s Rival Tree). It’s located at Yendi in the Northern Region of Ghana.
The tree is a historical baobab tree. In the olden days, people who were found to have had an affair with Yaa Naa’s wife (Yaa Naa is the King of of Dagbon, the oldest kingdom in Ghana) were beheaded on a rock and their heads thrown into a hole in the baobab tree.
It’s rather unfortunate that this historic place has been neglected. What else do you know about this place that hasn’t been captured in the video?

Our ancestors experienced unfathomable treatment from European colonizers here. For hundreds of years, the suffering has continued even beyond these castle walls. On behalf of your ancestral line, please return to the land they once knew and never got to see again. If you are black and haven't visited Ghana yet, book the trip! It's time to return home and reconnect with your roots. The healing and understanding you receive on this journey is worth every dollar.

The Euphrates is the longest and one of the most historically important rivers of Western Asia. Together with the Tigris, it is one of the two defining rivers of Mesopotamia. The Euphrates begins in Turkey and courses down through the modern countries of Syria and Iraq. The river does not provide a border for any modern nation, nor did it serve as one for a past civilization. However, it is mentioned in the Christian Bible as one of the borders to the Promised Land.Besides the historical structures located in the neighborhood, Rumkale attracts many tourists from home and abroad with its natural beauty stretching across the River Euphrates, especially during the spring season.Accepted as a sacred place by Christians as well, Rumkale is assumed to be a place where John the Apostle dwelled during the Roman Empire and reproduced the Bible in a room excavated inside a rock.Rumkale is located in the center of the Euphrates.
