Got chocolates or gifted a loved one?
We can safely assume twas the week for 🥰

How CHOCOLATES are made:
Cocoa is the essential ingredient for our chocolate.

The cocoa tree flowers and bears fruit. It produces large cocoa pods, which are cut from the trees. Each cocoa pod contains around 20 to 30 seeds sitting in a sweet white pulp – the cocoa beans which are taken out.

The cocoa beans then need to be fermented, dried, cleaned and packed into sacks. From sacks, to processed cocoa to cocoa liquor to 🍫🍫. When further processed we get cocoa butter and cocoa powder.

Kente, now Ghana’s national cloth, is a colourful traditional Ghanaian fabric.

Kente is woven on ancient hand looms, operated with the hands and feet, concurrent with the well-known "Kro-hin-kro … Kro-hin-kro..." music.
