Welcome to our newly built modern luxury studio apartment on the 18th floor of E1 Aparthotel in Gibraltar.
If Driving by Car in to Gibraltar this is one of the first apartment blocks you reach on coming though the newly opened tunnel travelling under the runway of Gibraltar.
You could also experience walking across one of the worlds shortest runways from the airport towards the apartment. Just a 10/15 minutes walk.
We boast a fully fitted kitchen and floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors leading onto a sunny balcony with views of the Rock and the Sea. There is Wifi, flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a kitchen including your standard kitchen items, oven, microwave, kettle etc. The apartment has full air conditioning.
Our apartment is well positioned with just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The World Trade Centre and Ocean Village are a 10 minute walk away, Casemates Square and Main Street Shopping a further 5 minutes away. 5 minutes from our apartment is a mini market where you can purchase most of your supplies, a pasta and pizza restaurant also.
The Aparthotel has a Cafe on the ground floor that offers room service, you can also take advantage of a Laundry cleaning service.
There is a wellness centre including spa, swimming pool and gym within the building, these are not included in the price of this booking but is available for you to pay on a daily basis of 30GBP to the Wellness Facilities.
Gibraltar now offer an electric scooter service covering the whole of the Rock, recommended to download the app and register before travelling to Gibraltar. The app is called HOPPY. There is a pickup/drop off point for these scooters directly outside E1.
