Fully equipped self catered studio apartments on the 5th floor in the newly constructed building EuroCity Carrara by Europort in Gibraltar. Both are east facing and has a wonderful view towards the rock and some sea/pool views. Located next to the existing Eurotowers building, EuroCity is a new modern 21 storey tower with an large swimming pool and gym (additional costs).
Each apartment is open plan with a modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave/grill). The lounge area has a comfortable seating and a modern TV with fibre optic broadband internet connection. All UK TV Sky channels available with 14 days catch up tv on selected channels.
Each apartment has a king size bed (1.5x2m) and a sofa that can be made into a double bed upon request. Sofabed (1.4x1.9m) for ONE ADULT or TWO CHILDRENS. The apartment is part of the EuroCity complex. Carrara was completed in May 2023.
There is an communal outdoor swimming pool. Open all year soon (opening 20 June 2023). We provide towels for the sun loungers.

If you are planning to get married in Gibraltar, We can provide a proof of stay for the registry office towards your application. "Non-residents wishing to get married or enter into a civil partnership in Gibraltar must provide the Registrar with documentary evidence that they will be staying in Gibraltar, for at least one night, immediately prior to or, immediately after the ceremony."
