Yesterday, on July 1st, we embarked on an epic summer journey from Qeqertarsuaq to the summit of Lyngmarksfjeld! 🚶♂️🌲 We started our adventure at sea level and hiked up the mountain. As we climbed higher, the landscape transformed into a winter wonderland, and we had to strap on our snowshoes. ❄️👟
But the best was yet to come! At over 800 meters above sea level, we reached the top and hopped on our Greenlandic dog sled, gliding through the snow with breathtaking views of Disko Bay. 🐕🛷✨
This tour had it all: hiking, snowshoeing, and dog sledding all in one unforgettable adventure! The indescribable beauty and excitement of Disko Island's unique nature left us in awe. 🌌❄️
