Here in Serrekunda Gambia the climate is subtropical with an average Daily temperature of 27 degrees. The rainy season is from July-October where there is green and lush, but also a little wet. We recommend you to travel in the dry period between November and June

Today the temperature is about 29 degrees, very nice☀️

In Gambia we use a lot of local spices in our food.....

and tonight I want to show you a special meal “Chicken stew and rice”!

We use chicken, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, pepper, potatoes and hybiscus, with sauce made of leafs, and served with rice...all made over🔥
