This client approached us through a referral by another client. He wanted to travel to the UK as a Business visitor to undertake some business activities. The client has had two previous refusals UK refusals and some refusals from the Schengen area.

We made him aware of the complexity of his case and the possibility of another refusal due to his negative travel history. He agreed to hire us to complete his application. We worked with him to compile, prepare and submit his application.

Unfortunately, we were served with yet another refusal. We were convinced the new application has merits which were not taken into account so we challenged the decision.

We have received more good news for one of our longstanding clients. She first came to us a few years ago with several refusals. We helped her apply then which was refused initially however, the decision was overturned following a litigation challenge. She visited the UK and returned home.

She applied again the following year and to our surprise she was refused on technicalities.

Fast forward 2024, we helped her re-apply addressing the technical issues raised. We are pleased to report that she has been issued her visa once again.

What a success story! This client approached us a few years ago for a UK visa apppication service having had a previous refusal. We did a new application for him but it was refused. We challenged the decision which ended with a refusal. We launched a further legal challenge and that was also denied.

At which point, we advised the client to put somethings in place and re-apply at a later date.

The client followed our advice and we re-applied for him last month. He received his visa this time around without any issues.
