Itinerary fouta djallon treks 7 days !

Day 1: Pita - Kambaga - Doucki (some walking, but with a motorcycle)
Day 2: Descent into the valley, camp not far from Liti near the river (~16 km walk)
Day 3: Head south-east across the breach, camp between Ley Binti and H**e Bouli (~17 km walk)
Day 4: Head east back up to the plateau, camp after Darou (~18 km walk)
Day 5: Visit the market to replenish the food stock, heading south to Resevoir Konkoure (~20 km walk)
Day 6: Head east towards Dalaba, camp not far from Soulougui (~17 km walk)
Day 7: Destination Dalaba (~9 km walk)

Total KM of walking around: +/-115km

Strategy:

-About 12 km per day in the morning (from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. 4 hours, average 4 km/hour)
-Rest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-4 to 8 km in the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. (average 4 km/hour)
-Village greetings/choice of camp site 5-6 p.m.
-6 p.m.+ camping
