It is within easy walking distance of the town centre with it’s restaurants, cafés, vibrant market and other facilities, while the open air cinema ‘Akrogiali’ lies a few metres away. The Villa stands just twenty metres away from the sea, separated from the water by the road. Villa Vithania comfortably sleeps 12 people and consists of two floors, each with three large bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor has two large balconies, one at the entrance of the house, with spectacular views of the sunset over the Saronic Gulf, and one facing the garden of the villa, with its tall palm trees. There are also various seating areas in the garden surrounding the ground floor. There is a private swimming pool in the garden, with seating and sun beds, and with a special section for young children.
