Villa Suva is ideally situated in the heart of the Pylaros Valley, enjoying panoramic views of the mountains and through to the Ionian Sea. Well equipped and tastefully furnished, the villa has a large, airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, which extends out to a shaded patio for easy outdoor eating. The three upstairs bedrooms all have A/C and all have private balconies with marvellous

views of the sea and mountains. Outside, short steps lead to the large, sunny terrace which surrounds the pool. Beside the pool is a another shaded seating area which leads into the large lawned garden. It is a few minutes stroll to the local bakery for fresh bread and delicious pastries. Step beyond the villa to enjoy the quiet lanes and tracks through woods and olive groves. The picturesque harbour village of Agia Efimia is only a few minutes drive away, and has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The spectacular blue/turquoise waters of Myrtos Beach are only a 10 minute drive away. Sleeps six, three bedrooms (one double, two singles), three bathrooms, long driveway and parking, private garden and private swimming pool, barbecue, TV with media system, speakers, internet, dish washer, washing machine, towels and bed linen are provided.

Our Story

Villa Suva is ideally situated in the heart of the Pylaros Valley, enjoying panoramic views of the mountains and the Ionian Sea. Well equipped and tastefully furnished, the villa has a large, airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, which extends out to a shaded patio for easy outdoor eating. The villa is equipped with high speed WiFi, a TV with a DVD player and a CD player.Downstairs, off the living area - there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all have air conditioning and private balconies with marvellous views of the sea and mountains. All doors from the bedrooms to balconies are fitted with mosquito screens. There are 2 twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and one double bedroom. There is also a family bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. Outside, short steps up lead to the large, sunny terrace which surrounds the pool. Beside the pool is a shaded area which leads into the large lawned garden with olive trees and palms. The villa is a few minutes stroll to the local bakery for fresh bread and delicious pastries (and ice-cream). There is also a well stocked local shop and petrol station a short walk away. Step beyond the villa to enjoy the quiet lanes and tracks through the woods and olive groves and enjoy the sound of Greek goat bells in the distance! The picturesque harbour village of Agia Effimia is only a few minutes drive away. Agia Effimia has a great selection of tavernas, cafes and bars. The spectacular blue-turquoise water of Myrtos Beach, are only a 10 minute drive away - the location for the film - Captain Corelli's Mandolin!
