A few final finishing touches but we are almost ready to welcome guests to Villa Anna Rebecca on Saturday. Thanks to all the team at Kefalonia Property Care for lots of repairs this season to paint work and the pool as well as the cleaning and garden crew for getting the place looking great.

Alert! We will be launching a villa in Lourdas with availability throughout the summer! We haven’t got updated photos yet with new furnishings but we know people are planning holidays and finding many villas are now full so we wanted to share it as soon as possible!

This 3 bedroom villa with private pool occupies a commanding view of Lourdas bay and the mountains. With easy access to the beach and restaurants it’s a perfect location to call home this summer.

Good news today as Ryanair decide to put on flights in May from London Stansted. These flights are currently less than half the price of EasyJet and Jet2! Even for UK half term week the prices are half Jet2!

We have excellent deals on villas for the whole of May and won’t increase prices for May school holidays as many companies do.

A quick example:
The fantastic Villa Afrato is the best value private villa with pool with 3 or more bedrooms in the Trapezaki and Lourdas area.
Special offer is just €1,350 per week!
The average price of a villa in half term week in that area is over €1,600.

Available for this summer is an absolutely gorgeous house in the capital Argostoli as well as an easy walk to Lassi.

This house was fully renovated inside and out last year and now offers one of the best accommodations in Argostoli.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite bathroom, a large living room and beautiful kitchen and dining area. Outside there is a nice garden space to sit and relax and enjoy a BBQ.

You can walk to the buzz of the main square in less than 5 minutes. Lassi is a straight line walk of 15 minutes or a regular tourist bus stops near the house throughout the day that also goes to Lassi.
