Dear friends,

We are very pleased to announce that from March 29th to 31st, we will organize a street art photography exhibition at our recently inaugurated art space Awesome Athens Experiences - The Art Lab.

For those interested in taking part, here are the terms of participation:

1. Each photo must contain street artwork. Only the piece or part of it or a snapshot of its creation can be depicted. The important thing is to convey to the viewer the essence of street art.
2. Each photo file must be in high resolution (3500pixel and above, 72-300dpi)
3. Each contestant may submit up to 4 photos. We need the photographer's full name and the place where the photo was taken.
4. Each contestant has the right to submit and publish photos they have taken by themselves.
5. All photos should be sent to [email protected]
6. Photos with watermarks will not be accepted
7. The 30 photographs selected will be printed and displayed in the exhibition.

Meanwhile, on Saturday 29 March, visitors to the exhibition will be able to vote for their favourite photograph. There will be a surprise prize for the top three that will be announced soon on this page.

Our Story

Hello everyone!

We are the @greek_couple_travellers from Instagram, or simply Kalliopi and Thomas!

We got married in the summer of 2019 and even though we grew up in completely opposite suburbs of Athens we now live in the historic district of Kerameikos to the west of the Acropolis, only a five-minute walk from the greatest ancient cemetery of this city.

Although we share many common passions, our greatest one is our love for street art, urban exploration, history, and travel! In recent years we have organized a huge number of artistic walks both in and around the city.
