Do Even though I am from the Czech Republic, I had a passion for Greece and sailing since I was young. I remember the first time I traveled to this Mediterranean country and contemplated to myself "Greece had to have been created by God." The nice subtle smell of the sea water, warm pleasant breezes, that indescribable allure of the enchanting coastal villages, very kind greek people and local fresh food created this idyllic atmosphere and feeling of over all excitement and happiness.....I FELT IN LOVE FROM THE FIRST MOMENT! Since then there was no question where my summer holidays would be spent. My families number one passion is travel so we always take time to explore local cuisine, speak with people as we travel and visit new countries. Greece is place I will always come back to time and time again. Like an old lover or friend that you always meet again.

âMy first sailing experience on the boat was when I was 15. It was the summer of 2002 on a small boat in the Northern part of Greece. Thassos island is a spectacular destination and since that visit I made a promise to not spend any other holiday in the hotel with "all inclusive" program but to travel worldwide and explore new places every year. After high school and before my university in Athens I decide to study Legal environmental business and work as au-pair in the USA, Connecticut. It was a great experience and I had a very nice time.
After studying and working in the States I moved to Greece for my Business Administration University in Athens. I had a job on a boat that summer and gained tremendous knowledge and experience. From that day on it was clear I was on my way to becoming a sailing lover. I started working my way up from the lowest position cleaning toilets, decks and polishing the boats. These daily tasks added to my over all knowledge of the many duties that are required when sailing. I am forever grateful for these experiences. During my 5 years in Athens I attended many charters working as hostess, cook, deckhand with sailing boats, catamarans and motor yachts. These years were monumental and taught me useful guide information that I am excited to share with you. The Greek crises brought me back to Czech republic where I was the general manager at my family owned restaurant, hotel and horse ranch. While I was in my country I felt that I was missing something.....Greece, boats, sailing......
Since than I have decided to come back to the Mediterranean Sea and start all over again. I began the company Greece Boat Booking with purpose to share my experiences with people and make recommendations I believe will fulfil their dream holidays on boat in sunny Greece. My intention is to be an exceptional travel agency. There are "thousands" of average boat excursions and vacations here in Athens however my company is different.
