🥗✨ A fresh twist for your Christmas table: Greek-style cabbage salad!

Ingredients:

Purple cabbage
White cabbage orange
Pomegranate
Green apple
Walnuts
Lemon salt olive oil

Authentic Greek recipe: Pork with cabbage, a taste of tradition! 🫕

Ingredients:

1 Kgr. Pork in large bites 4 x 4 cm ( 1.4 “ )
3/4 of a medium-sized cabbage cut in to strips about 1.5 cm ( ½ “ )
1 big onion
50 ml. olive oil
1 cup tomato juice
Dry chili pepper
Salt , pepper

- Boil the pork until it softens (about 45 minutes) with salt and pepper.
- Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the cabbage strips in to the onion.
- After sautéing the ingredients, add all the stock from the boiled pork. and let them
cook for about 20 minutes.
- Then, increase the heat to evaporate the liquids for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the tomato juice and let everything cook together on high heat for 6’-10’
minutes.
- Remove from the heat and top with olive oil and chili.
