This residence lays in 140m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 80m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting hydromassage features (4 seater), children’s pool (10m2 metres), & six premium sun-beds plus the two swim up sun-beds. Important note is that the pool features is mainly cleaned with electro lights & salt. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the residence premises with an evcharger for electric cars. �
