Peacefully located at the village Patima, Apokoronas municipality, quite close to the tourist village of Kavros and the village of Episkopi, about six kilometers from the sandy beach of Georgioupolis - Episkopi, at the

slopes of the White Mountains at the northeastern corner of the prefecture of Chania with breathtaking views to Cretan Sea. Built with traditional design, it affords guests with everything they need in order to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Its 5 bedrooms all fully equipped and comfortable. The lounges, dining rooms, kitchens are equipped with everything essential for a comfortable holiday. The house offers 5 large bathrooms. The gardens of the Villa are surrounded by hand-made stone fences full of blossoming bushes and trees. Swim in the private heated Eco pool. Enjoy your coffee or drink at one of the terraces of our Villa, looking out towards the big blue of the Cretan Sea and the White Mountains. As you gaze at the olive groves surrounding the village you will relax immersed in aromas of rosemary, lavender and mint, engulfing you in a dream of the natural scent of the Cretan land. There are two ways to reach the island of Crete:

BY BOAT: From Piraeus port, daily departures to Souda port of Chania or to the port of Heraklio. BY PLANE: There are two international airports on the island: in Chania and in Heraklio. DISTANCES
Chania Airport: 58 km (55 min. drive to Patima village). Souda Port of Chania: 30 km (30 min. Heraklio Port or Airport: 111 km (80 min. From Chania airport or Souda port: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymno. Upon reaching Georgioupoli exit, decrease your speed. After 5 km you will reach the tourist village of Kavros. Follow the road signs leading into Dramia village. Turn right just before the BP Petrol Station. Drive up to the first crossroad and then turn left following the sign to Dramia. Once you get into the Village of Dramia keep following the road towards village Patima. There are all the way to our villa signs of other sister establishments name Jasmine Villa. After of approximately 1 km you will have reached your destination. From airport or harbour of Heraklio: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymno – Chania. Pass all the exits to Rethymno and continue, headed in the direction Chania. After the exit to Episkopi, decrease your speed. 4 km later, on your right-hand side, you will see a sign marking the end of Rethymno prefecture. 2 km later you will reach the tourist village of Kavros. Keep your eyes on your left-hand side. Just upon passing the BP Petrol Station turn left very carefully. Drive up to the first crossroad and then turn left, following the sign to Dramia. Coordinates

This beachfront home offers its guests the perfect blend of the classic Cretan hospitality combined with excellent standards and facilities in a delightful setting of relaxing and modern design.

Start your day enjoying a rich breakfast made with the finest Cretan ingredients before heading out to your beach. Location & Directions

Chania Airport:50 km (45 min. drive to Dramia village).

Souda Port of Chania:25 km (20min. drive to Dramia village).

Heraklion Port or Airport:100 km (70 min. drive to Dramia village).

From Chania airport or Souda port:Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymnon. Take the highway. Upon reaching Georgioupoli exit, decrease your speed. After 5 km you will reach the tourist village of Kavros.

On the main road you will see on your right a BP oil station and a bus station. Decrease your speed and drive for one more km. Just opposite of the second bus station you will see Beachfront Suite. Carefully turn left to enter the parallel road and enter the house.

From airport or harbour of Heraklion:Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymnon – Chania. Take the highway. Pass all the exits to Rethymnon and continue, headed in the direction Chania. After the exit to Episkopi, decrease your speed. 4 km later, on your right-hand side, you will see a sign marking the end of Rethymnon prefecture. After 340m you will see an exit of the main road at your right. There turn right, entering the parallel road immediately turn left. Few meters later you will reach Beachfront Suite, on your right.
