Margarita’s Villa V is one of the five autonomous villas located on the 10,000 square meter grounds of the Margarita’s Villa complex, surrounded by olive groves and views of the mountains and sea.

Villa V is ideally situated between Chania centre and Agia Marina town and is near many sandy beaches. It is a 190 m2 two-storey villa that can accommodate up to 8 guests in its four bedrooms.

The villa's unique location allows you to be entirely the master of your holidays.

Another season came to an end...for Margarita’s villas.We would like to thank all of our repeating clients for their preference, but also our new guests for  choosing us for their summer holiday in those difficult times!! Arguably the most active part of the town, the old Venetian harbour of Chania stands out from most charming seaside regions, due to its extraordinary history, apparent in its many monuments that date back to the Venetian, Ottoman and Egyptian times.We highly reccomend to visit the old town and old harbour...either daylight or in the evening.

Another successful season has come to an end...
I would like to thank all of our repeating clients for their preference, for five years in a row.
I can not express my gratitude, for all of you who call our property your "vacation home"!
It is a true honour and I will do my best to offer you the warmest "environment" for your stay.

Many thanks to our new guests for their great reviews!! Meeting new people every year, exchanging ideas and listening to your suggestions, can only improve our services and set them high to the standards you are looking for!! I will be more than happy to see you all again some time in the future.

Special thanks to my co-workers for their assistance and valuable help.
Our cleaning staff for their services and politeness during another demanding season.
Most importantly to my father, who with great personal effort, managed to bring this property to a high aesthetic level, by designing and constructing the fifth luxurious villa added this year at the complex...
