Maitree Coaching with Julie Certified life coach, women’s circle facilitator and embodiment therapist

I combine my extensive experience in coaching & therapy, yoga, dance, women’s work and strategy consulting to help men, and mostly women, to hear the whispers of their soul. I specialise in soul purpose and feminine empowerment work and am certified as a Co-active coach, Unesco trauma-informed movement therapist, Awakening Women’s Temple leader and Madretierra menstrual therapist. I love my dance,

tarot, art and meditation practice, and am passionate about conscious femininity and spreading cyclical awareness. Living close to nature on Crete and in India has attuned me to living cyclically - following the rhythm of the seasons, the moon, and my menstrual cycle. Cyclical living is now at the core of my work and mission through new and full moon circles, as well as sharing menstrual cycle knowledge as widely as possible as a tool for self knowledge and embodiment.

💃🏽Happy to invite all women to a special free online circle dedicated to Cyclical Living that I’ll host on International Women's Day, Saturday 8th March!

🩸Every woman deserves to know how she embodies the eternal rhythm of nature - blossom, bloom, harvest, hibernate - through her menstrual cycle.

🔻And how this knowledge and experiencing the cycles of nature somatically in an embodied way changes how we approach life, love, work, play and much more - everything really!

⭕️It will be an experiential beauty medicine circle with something for everyone and space for QA.

👣Beginners will learn more about the four phases of Cyclical Living - in our menstrual cycle as well as in the lunar & solar cycles, our breath cycle and the cycle of our lifetime.

🌀Those who have started walking the Cyclical Living path, will experience how the archetypes of the Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman & Wise Woman map to the four phases.

🌹And those who already practice Cyclical Living for a while will learn more about how the Wheel of the Year aligns with the other cycles of nature.

🔻We find ourselves in uncertain times when women’s position in society is once again being challenged by toxic masculinity.

⭕️So it dearly and devotedly matters that we keep gathering in circle to practice post-patriarchal ways of being.

🔻To move away from pyramids and hierarchies and endless growth and depletion. From humans being separate from and wanting to dominate nature.

⭕️To experience instead the cyclical way of belonging to nature’s eternal rhythm of blossom, bloom, harvest, rest and rebirth.

🔻To reclaim the wisdom of our bodies by embracing what it means to live life in a woman’s body - from our first to our last bleed and everything in between and beyond.

⭕️To speak out loud about what is still censored from most conversations - women's physical and emotional reality from menarche to pregnancy, childbirth and loss, (peri-)menopause and much more.

🔻These existential experiences shape how we relate to the world and the cosmos.

⭕️By living them as part of the cycles of nature, we find belonging, resilience, resourcefulness and purpose.

🔻Through earth-based rituals we make sense of our experiences and connect with the ways of our ancestors.

⭕️And we find clarity about our individual place in this world and our gifts.

Wild Woman Initiation of perimenopause in our online Moon Soul Community 👣🌀🔥

In the up to 10 years before our last bleed (menopause), physically we experience hormone fluctuations that may impact anything from mood, sleep, allergies, joint aches and lots more, while emotionally this is often accompanied by a longing to burn down the house.❤️‍🔥

In Cyclical Living, our 40s are the inner autumn of our lives - a premenstrual energy that without awareness can destroy. Yet when handled consciously and with reverence, it is a powerful catalyst preparing you to step into your Wise Woman calling post-menopause by distilling your essence and medicine.🌀

We worked with this fiery perimenopausal energy through beauty medicine practices such as intuitive movement & song, wisdom transmission, soul sharing and a powerful fire & anointment ritual.✨

Menarche Initiation for our online Moon Soul group!🌹

Tender moments holding space for our inner girls to relive their first menstruation, this time as a celebration and a welcome into sisterhood 🩸❤️🩸

Transforming the patriarchal narrative woman by woman, girl by girl 👣💪🏽

From curse to pleasure ✨
From shame to pride ✨
From pain to joy ✨
From hidden to open ✨
From handicap to power ✨

Do you remember your first time?

Often we don't remember the moment, or if we do, it's mostly the practical instructions received or the sense of taboo passed on.

Imagine if instead we say to our (inner) girls:

'May you grow wings to help you soar
May the waters bring you health and life
May the light of the sun always illuminate the dark for you
May the earth always support you

Now that you have begun your moontime
You are welcomed into the circle of women.'

First online Moon Soul Community Circle with this year's group last Friday, lifted up at the crest of the solar and lunar cycles 💛🌝🌞✨
