The Villa offers clean appeal design, at its open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are wonderful also, featuring a 45m2 Private Pool (non heated), a children’ pool & and a Dining area, with BBQ (charcoal) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for family gatherings. This sublime home lays in 500m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 45m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting a children’s pool compartment, comfy sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area. Two bedrooms & the Living Room area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2-3 cars outside of the residence premises. The entire villa lays on the ground floor. A ping pong table & a hammock is also available at the villa. �

This Residence boasts beautiful interiors, in its 160m² indoor space. The villa boasts four bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with a couch for two guests to sleep & a fully equipped kitchen. The villa can welcome 8 guests in real beds and two more guests are welcome to sleep at the couch in the living room & an additional folding bed can also be provided upon request. The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests. �
