After several years of experience in renting our own properties in Corfu and Belgium and offering our services in Belgium, we decided to extend our activity in Corfu. We offer a wide range of services from listing your property on all top-tier vacation rental marketplaces (booking, airbnb, homeaway, homelidays etc.), preparing the property and checking-in and out your guests, to taking care of al

Prices of our services of rental management :

We take 18% on each booking (but we pay for the cost of the RENTAL platform which are usually around 15% (so we keep only 3% for ourself in average). Cleaning fees will be added to the booking and are therefore covered by your guests. Maintenance cost is not included. Prior to any works, you will receive a quote for approval. Good news... you earn 5% on any upselling/cross-selling (car rentals, welcome packs,...) deductible from our fees. Also, in average, your revenue increases as we do everything to maximise the number of bookings and their prices !

RPM CORFU recherche un(e) étudiant(e) dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre son équipe. Le poste est basé à Liapades, à proximité des magnifiques plages de Corfou. Si vous souhaitez venir à deux étudiant(e)s, cela est possible également.
