Today is the holy day of patron Saint Spyridon. Here in Corfu, we keep the tradition of eating loukoumades (doughnut balls with cinnamon and honey) Each neighborhood has a Spyro or Spyridoula, it is a tradition to cook and share loukoumades all around the neighborhood.
