Each of the four maisonettes is of an area of 110 square meters and they consist of two floors. The first floor consists of a single open area including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and a WC. Each maisonette has, also a large terrace, with a great view by the sea and two outdoor spaces on the first floor ideal for breakfast. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double size bed and the other with two single beds (with deluxe anatomic matress).
