Located in an elevated position overlooking the magnificent Antony Quinn bay, named after the famous actor, this villa offers wondrous sea views and it is ideal for a comfortable, relaxed and luxurious holiday on the outskirts of Faliraki. This villa has been tastefully furnished and offers everything for the perfect villa holiday experience. The villa can accommodate 8 people in three spacious floors with a total surface of 420sqm.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with hydro massage bathtub and a separate shower. There is also 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, one with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and one with a double sofa bed. Fully air-conditioned throughout the property, this villa comes with a large modern open planned lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. This modern villa is designed for comfort and luxury with many amenities such as large flat screen TV in every bedroom, home cinema room, Wi-Fi coverage throughout the villa, a gym and a dining area boasting scenic views of the shimmering Aegean Sea. The villa also offers a number of amenities that guests will find useful during their stay like washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, deep freezer, satellite channels, DVD player, baby bed & high chair, iron and ironing board, clothes rack and a safety box.
The villa is built on an estate of 1.940m2 and has unique outdoor spaces. The well-tended gardens feature palm trees and surround the private pool that overlooks the magnificent Antony Quinn bay. There you can also find the sun deck with comfortable cushioned sunbeds and parasols where guests can relax and enjoy the breath taking view of the sea. The garden features a pergola with a stone built BBQ and a comfortable sitting area for al fresco dining and evening entertainment under the wonderful, starry night sky.

Quinn Hill villa is located in close proximity of Faliraki where you can find a wide range of conveniences like supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, bakeries, ATMs, pharmacies, car & motorbike rentals, public transportation, petrol stations, shops, children playgrounds and even the famous water park of Rhodes, which is considered to be one of the largest in Europe. The closest organized beach in Faliraki is located only a short drive away and offers a wide range of water and beach related activities such as boat rides, Jet Ski hire, paragliding, and water rings. Faliraki is also full of beach bars and restaurants where visitors can enjoy a refreshing drink and a tasty meal. The villa is also close to Tsambika beach, considered as one of the best on the island. This amazing beach is over 1km long and features soft, golden sand and crystal clear shallow waters.

Quinn Hill villa is also an ideal base for those looking to make the most of their time on the island by visiting places of historical importance, cultural significance and natural beauty. Lindos and its’ famous ancient Greek Acropolis is only 30 minutes away. Rhodes town and the medieval city, a UNESCO monument of global cultural heritage, are only 15km from the villa. 7 springs or “Epta Piges” as it is commonly called is a unique place of natural beauty and a wild life reserve can be reached by car within 25 minutes.
