The Kiani-Skoulas Villa and apartments are built upon a 11,000 m² area located beside a beautiful rocky sea front looking out to the Mediterranean. The site itself is 1 km away from the small bay of Stavros and 4 km away of the village Horafakia in Akrotiri, Hania. From there you can enjoy fabulous sunsets, a view of both the Mediterranean Sea to the West and the White Mountains to the South. You

can relax sitting out on the large Verandas, spend time in our beautiful flower garden, prepare a barbeque and let the children play in the playground. Enjoy a nice swim in our 100 m² swimming pool filled with water from the sea, or just relax and tan by the side of the pool.
