The stunning Apotripiti beach is just a 5 minute drive from the Captain's Summer House. It's a calm beach full of sand, pretty shallow water (safe for kids to swim in) but also shielded from wind. There's also a place to park, which makes coming there easy and comfortable!

It's about 12*C in Kerkira right now.

Starting from April, the average daily temperature is 21*C and while it's still to cool to swim, you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets, walks along the beach and enjoy Orthodox Easter mid-month. It's quite the spectacle in Kerkira City, with parades, breaking clay mugs and general noisy happiness!
