The space
Two-Floor WOOD & STONE VILLA 700 meters from SANI beach with 2200 sq.m garden. The ground floor, which is air conditioned, includes living room with flat TV screen 42', fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms with front yard view and the main bathroom . The master bedrooms are air conditioned and have flat TV. The third one with the two single beds (suitable for kids and young people) has roof fan . All doors and windows have mosquito nets.There are also two balconies , one in the front yard and the other in the backyard for moments of relaxation . Our villa is part of a family property of two villas and one apartment on basement floor.The garden in the front yard is private and all available garden furniture offer a unique opportunity for relaxing.

Fully access villa in the heart of Sani ! The villa is about 1 km far away from Sani Club
(2 min driving) and about 2 km from Sani Marina (4-5 minutes driving).
Only 75 km from SKG airport- Thessaloniki. Directions: Take the exit from SKG- Thessaloniki airport for 1.7 km. After the traffic lights continue straight for 1.3 km and then turn right, towards Halkidiki’s highway. After 47 km, past the main exit leading to the intersection for Nea Moudania, travel on and after 9 km pass the bridge of Potidaea and continue straight for another 7.5 km. Turn right when you see the sign “Sani Beach - Παραλία Σάνης” and continue your course in an extended right turn. Again right for 5km and then turn left at the intersection. Folow this main street ( Apollon Street) for 900 meters and....you are here!!!There is Free Parking in front of the Villa
