Neria summer houses are located in Chanioti, one of the most popular destinations on the first of Chalkidiki’s three “legs”. They are conveniently positioned, only 500m from the village’s central square and with easy access to the beach; the sea is just a short walk away (no more than 10 minutes). Our spacious private courtyard (covering around 500 m2) provides you with a lovely environment where
you will find ample opportunity for enjoying some country air, recreational activities and garden cookouts, while private parking space is always available. A bakery and pastry shop, a gas station and a super market are also close by (around 150 m). We offer two separate and detached two-storey houses with spacious private courtyards, both suitable to accommodate up to 10 individuals. The residencies are each provided with a fully equipped kitchen, a wc with shower, a spacious living room - with sleeping space for 2 persons and a separate master bedroom on each floor. Each floor can be used as a single private residence with separate access via the outdoor staircase and can house up to 4-5 people (41-45m2), while the courtyard would be shared by the residents of each house. Neria summer houses are ideal for families or groups wishing to spend their vacation together while being independent at the same time.
