Some information.
If you see a cat that has tip of the ear missing or a V shape cut that means that stray cat has been sterilised by the charity. It is a mark to help us all not to put a stray through surgery on another TNR mission. Unfortunately municipality sterelisation program requires chipping the cats rather than putting visible mark, that creates more work and unnecessary surgeries and expenses for volunteers.
If you are planing to sterilise a stray cat please ALWAYS ask the vet to mark the ear as some cats after sterelisation become chubby and can look like pregnant.
