Casa Belvedere BOUTIQUE VILLA
is situated in the heart of the traditional cretan village Kournas, only 3km away from the unique Kournas Lake as well as the Aegean Sea with its 10 km long sandy beach. Many decades the building had been waiting in a „sleeping beauty slumber“ to be reawaked from the nowadays owners.

In uncountable hours, but first of all with a big portion dedication and motivation to the project, the 800 years old stone building was renovated with respect to its history.
The result is a mixture of remains from the past and contemporary facilities, maintaining the Venetian and Ottoman character.

The highlights are the completely preserved in- and outdoors arches and the domed bedrooms.

Enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen countertop bar which integretes harmoniously into the spacious 5meter high, bright room, where also the dining area and living room is located.
A big arched window allows you an evergreen view to the nearby olive groves and mountains and a glance through the glass door to the southeast reminds you that your private pool is waiting in front of you.

Find a peaceful sleep in one of the 2 tasteful designed, domed bedrooms. The ancient walls guarantee a pleasant aura. Each one comes with a queensizebed, open wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
One bedroom inspires additionally with an extra level where you can find a cozy sleeping place for one person or 2 children.
