There are many cats living in our village, which are in good health and are fed by the residents. However, because they are increasing excessively, we were informed that volunteers have started a sterilization effort in order to stop this uncontrolled increase.
The project is funded by MIAO Mani (Mani International Animal Organisation). https://www.miao-mani.com/spenden/martis-fund/
The project is also supported by the veterinarian in Stoupa, who performs the sterilization at a reduced cost and provides medication to the cat if necessary.
Volunteers from Saidona catch a cat every week and take it to the vet for sterilization. Then, after it recovers, the volunteers bring the cat back to Saidona.
If you want to support this project, you can do it in two ways.
1) You can help voluntarily, that is, catch the cats and take them to the vet. Leave a comment on this post that you want to help and the volunteers will contact you by private message.
