Asanti Villas await to offer you a lifetime experience in Messinian Mani. They are located in the village of Neochori, a few minutes far from the beautiful Stoupa, and they consist of two luxurious villas that share a common swimming pool and have incomparable views at the deep blue of the Messinian bay. Asanti Villas respect the traditional character and architecture of the area, while they also

bring a touch of minimalist aesthetic and comfort that will enchant you. Villa Asanti 1 has a surface of 130 m² and can accommodate up to six visitors and support personnel. Each room has a double bed, is spacious, bright and fully equipped, it has its own bathroom and is taken care of down to the last detail, so that you can enjoy unique moments of pleasure. The extra room for support personnel is also fully equipped and spacious for a comfortable stay. Asanti 1 has a modern kitchen with dining area, open plan with the living room -where there is also a sofa that turns into a bed- while the terrace has outdoor furniture, so that you can enjoy your meals with views to the crystal clear waters of the Messinian bay. The large and bright areas of the house, as well as the modern decoration offer the visitor a feeling of comfort and luxury, anyone wishes to enjoy during holidays. It is fully equipped, so that you can have at your disposal anything you might need, and the internet access is free. Maid service as well as change of linen is provided to you twice a week. Furthermore, it has access to the outdoor, common facilities, to the beautiful garden, the terrace and the common outdoor swimming pool that will offer you unique moments. Villa Asanti 2 has a surface of 80m2, one room and it can accommodate up to four persons. The room has a double bed, its own bathroom, while it’s also bright and with its own balcony, so you can enjoy your personal time. It has a modern kitchen with all amenities and a cozy living room with a sofa that turns into a bed. The terrace of the house is furnished with a big table, so that you can enjoy meals with friends or family under the Messinian sky. The stone villa with its modern decor is designed in such a way so as to be comfortable, to take advantage of the natural light and provide you with everything you might need for a carefree stay. The services offered to you include maid service and change of linen twice a week. Moreover, it is totally autonomous and has free internet access. It has also access to the common areas that include the garden, the terrace and the common outdoor swimming pool from where you can enjoy unique sunsets.
