People who know this place intimately call it The Castle.

Set upon a hilltop, Arapaki was always meant for people, not tourists. For friends, not clients. For countryside lovers, not city life enthusiasts.

It was established here on Arapaki Mountain for the silence, nature, and rural life. It’s a countryside experience with a view and a stylish twist.

In a nutshell, here are the essentials you need to know if you’re planning to rent this place and call it home for a while.

Built on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 large terraces, an infinity pool and a large garden with a barbecue, Arapaki tenders a wide view of the evergreen surroundings and a beautiful sea view of Vasiliki Bay.

Sunsets are quite a thing here when puffy clouds are playing around.

The property can be rented out for groups of 6 or 10 people. In any case, you and your group only will be at the property during your stay.

Wi-Fi and satellite TV including Sports channels are offered free of charge.
Sivota Bay with its waterfront beach bars and restaurants is a short drive from the villa.

There’s a lovely tavern in our village that you can walk to or even order take-away, as well as a bunch of other taverns and bars in the nearby village called Sivros. There are minimarkets in and and larger supermarkets are 10 mins drive away.

You need a car to arrive at the villa and to properly visit the whole island.
No, the villa is not by the beach and certainly, it is not close to Lefkada Town. There are better options out there in case one of these is a necessity for you. But there’s no way you’re getting all the “goodies” has to offer.
