The closest larger town is Nidri where all the action happens during the summer season with watersport activities, boat rentals, bars, pubs and taverns. Vliho Bay, 5 km away is a place that sailors love for being such a restful place for anchoring a boat and having a drink or a meal. The closest beaches are Mikros Gialos and Desimi Beach. Both of them have beach bars and taverns. Mikros Gialos is larger and offers sunbeds and umbrellas, while Desimi Beach is sandy and the waters are calm with shallow shores. Other beaches reachable within 20 minutes drive are Ammousa, Afteli, Agiofili and Vasiliki Bay. Supermarket Benizelos is just a few hundred meters away and it has everything you need for your holiday. There are many drinking and dining options at 5-20 minutes drive in Katochori Village, Fterno Village, Vliho, Nidri, Sivota Bay, Vasiliki and Sivros.
