A complex of two luxury contemporary villas in an elevated secluded hillside location directly overlooking Kathisma Beach. The property is situated on the beautiful West Coast of Lefkada Island, with outstanding panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets overlooking the Ionian Sea. Each villa has its own private infinity pool, large outdoor space and a sizeable 135m2 footprint over two levels, wi

th spectacular sea views from every room. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living room and kitchen/dining area opening directly on to a large outdoor shaded pergola, it creates an ideal entertaining and dining setting with the perfect indoor/ outdoor flow. The villas have been finished to a very high standard and are fully equipped, including all key amenities and air conditioning. They are also set up to cater for guests with young children providing cot beds, high chairs and safety gates on the stairs. The villas are exclusively managed and serviced 24/7 by our dedicated professional service manager who will meet and greet guests, welcome you and introduce you to the villas, and ensure that your entire stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible! Standard services include a mid week clean/ linen change and daily pool cleaning. Additional services can be arranged as optional extras on request. Both villas are completely independent, identical mirror opposites that have been designed to create maximum privacy. They can either be booked individually or combined exclusively for a large group. The villas are situated just 300m above the beach (by road 1KM- 2 min drive) in an elevated hillside position directly overlooking the bay, at the end of a private road with no through traffic, and the nearest neighbour over 200m away.

☀️☀️😎 Early April / Easter weather forecast in Lefkada!

April spring weather in Lefkada is typically nice with strong spring sunshine, blue skies and long daylight hours, and warming up nicely with day temps starting to get into the early 20s+! The spring flowers are in bloom and if the sun is shining you can definitely catch some rays on the beach or by the pool.

We also have heated pools! 🔥🔥

All and all a very pleasant time of year to visit, go exploring, and have a relaxing holiday!!

April and May is a great relaxing time to visit Lefkada, with typically clear blue skies, strong spring sunshine, longer day light hours and day time temperatures starting to get into the mid 20c's+.
The spring flowers are in bloom, the beaches pleasantly uncrowded, and if you are lucky enough to be there over the Greek Easter period (3-5th May) you can see some of the local Greek orthodox Easter celebrations and parades!
