The very spacious and new Apartment, is available for a long-term Rental period as from the beginning of November 2023 until the end of April 2024.

This will be rented fully furnished, un-serviced, self-catering with your own linen and towels. Ideally suitable for a couple. We regret: Please non-smokers, no pets.

We are very proud to show you the lovely new apartment of Villa Octavius. It can only be booked/connected with your booking of the main Villa, not separately. Operating since 1 May 2022, it has its own kitchen, spacious bathroom, etc but guests will share all other amenities ie swimming pool, whirlpool bath, BBQ area, hammock tower, with their family/friends up-stairs in (the main) Villa Octavius.

2022 season only two weeks to fill 24th July - 7th Aug. 2023 season now booking. No change to the prices for 2023. The new villa apartment can be added to your booking for an extra 25%. Extended family or for that special birthday or anniversary combined Villa Octavius can now sleep up to twelve.

Hot News!, Villa Octavius is developing a large apartment on the ground floor to be added by request to the existing villa. The new apartment is over 75m2 and has lounge/dining area, Kitchen, large en-suite bedroom with walkin his and hers wardrobe. This new addition will turn Villa Octavius from 8 to 10/12 person villa. The extra apartment can only be booked as an extra space to an existing main villa booking. Now you can think, I can house my private chef/Nanny/security staff or just bring all three generations for a special event or wedding etc. More space more luxury. Contact us for more information. Enjoy our fabulous BBQ area at Villa Octavius. Fresh fish caught by yourselves with Steve as your guide, or any meats (including South African boerewors) from our local butcher. We supply charcoal and unlimited olive wood for your BBQ.
