Introducing Frankie Fudge 🐾😄 Anyone visiting our base this year will meet this gentle giant so be prepared to be licked 😄👅
This boy turned up at our house almost two months ago, malnourished and full of nasty ticks. We had no intention of getting a dog but we couldn't turn our backs on him!! He had no microchip and we discovered he'd been wandering around the island for weeks and had previously been seen up in the mountain village of Alexandros! Despite his intimidating size, he's a very playful puppy, sweet and loving!!
There is a problem with stray animals on the island but the situation could be so much worse if it wasn't for the wonderful charities and volunteers. They are overwhelmed and rely entirely on donations, there is no government support! If you'd like to support the animals of Lefkas to live a life they deserve, please consider donating to any of these incredible people:
