NIKI SAVVAS STUDIO is a hospitable complex featuring traditional architecture, located in the north-eastern end of Pelekouda, Pollonia. The calmness of the area, the beauty of the seascape, the friendly service and daily care will be offering you unforgettable vacations; our rooms are virtualy the very best place of the island for you to enjoy calm, family vacations in Milos. NIKI SAVVAS STUDIO consists of studios and rooms, either twin-bedded or three- and four- bedded. It is also proud of its Suite, with everything being fully equipped and renovated. Air conditioning as well as ceiling fans are offered, alongside with fridge, cooker with two hotplates, telephone and of course T.V. sets - a 32'' LCD one with mpeg4 receiver and USB ports, and a smart 32'' one. Also offered is access to satellite channels, free wireless Internet, and whatever else is needed for a complete vacation experience - hair dryer, toaster, kettle, espresso coffeepot, glasses and plates of course, knives, forks, slippers, anatomic mattresses, cosmetics of well-known brands, shampoo and shower gel. Last, but not least, a safe is also present. NIKI SAVVAS STUDIO offers a 24-hour reception service, with the owners and maintainers living in the place, thereby being available at any time. Cleaning is provided on a daily basis. The whole complex is run yearly from May to October. Extra services (charge to the client):

- Arrangement of appointments with baby-sitters, hairdressers, beauticians.
- Laundry and ironing service.
- Car or motorbike rental facility.
- Taxi service (transport to, or lift from, the port, the airport or any other place on the island).
- Breakfast in room service. NIKI SAVVAS STUDIO is located about 10 km from the port of Adamas and 12 km from Milos airport. It is within walking distance from the centre of Pollonia village, thereby offering easy access to the bakery, mini market, restaurants/tavernas, cafιs, car rental offices, bus stop and diving centre, with the main beach of Pollonia and the playground at a distance of only 150 m from the complex.
