Τα Ειρήνη Στούντιος βρίσκονται σε κεντρική θέση, κοντά στην κορυφή του λόφου του Αδάμαντα, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, μακρυά από πολυσύχναστους δρόμους. Το ξενοδοχείο Ειρήνη περιλαμβάνει 16 γκαρσονιέρες σε 3 ορόφους, κάποιες από τις οποίες έχουν μερική, υπερυψωμένη θέα προς τον κόλπο της Μήλου. Όλες οι γκαρσονιέρες περιλαμβάνουν κουζινάκι, ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι ή αυλή, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους, κλιματισμό, τη

λεόραση, και δωρεάν ασύρματη πρόσβαση στο διαδίκτυο μέσω Wi-Fi.
Τα Ειρήνη Στούντιος είναι μόνο μερικά λεπτά με τα πόδια, περίπου 200μ. από την όμορφη παραλία Λαγκάδα με τις αλμύρες της, και 150μ.-200μ. από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα και το κέντρο του χωριού. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες περιλαμβάνουν καθημερινή καθαριότητα, ενώ η αλλαγή σεντονιών γίνεται κάθε 2-3 ημέρες.
