⚓️Better late than never......The very first sail of the season⛵️
After months of repairs we managed make our first 3 day adventure in over a year. We sailed to from #portgrimaud to #captaillat onwards to the national parks of Port Cros and Porquerolle Island. A stiff headwind on my the first day slowed us down motor sailing but the second day was a glorious sail under fore sail and Genoa. We averaged 7 knots in 15 knots of wind on a close reach even towing our over sized tender! The next day we found a 32ft dufour adrift 3 miles off the coast of #lavandou . We jumped aboard raised the sails and tied her safely to a mooring for the coastguard to collect.
All in all the adventures have begun🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
