From the living room you can go out, where you will find the large and sheltered porch in order to enjoy your drink or food in the dining table there. In the first floor there are 3 fully equipped bedrooms with 5 beds, that can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people. The first bedroom, includes 2 single beds and a double wardrobe. The second one, includes a large bunk, a desk and a mirror. In the third bedroom, there is a double bed, a triple wardrobe, a luggage compartment, a dressing table, as well as a safe deposit box. Both the second and the third bedroom share a common balcony with sea and garden view, in which there is a table with chairs. Finally, there is a fully equipped bathroom, with all the amenities, hand and body towels, hair dryer, washing machine, and a large shower. Every room of the house is air conditioned with DAIKIN and has access to wi-fi internet. The villa has a large outdoor shower as well. Both of the showers have plenty of hot water 24/7. Inside the boundaries of the garden and just 10 meters away from the sea there is a sheltered patio, with opening roof in order to enjoy the beautiful night sky. It also includes a fully equipped barbeque and a large dining table. In the private beach, right in front of the villa you will find umbrellas, sunbeds and beach towels. Cleaning service is provided twice a week. That includes changing of sheets, pillowcases and towels as well. Extra cleaning service can be provided upon request with extra charge. The living room can accommodate up to 2 extra people . The house was completed in April 2016 therefore , indoor ,everything is brand new.(floors, furniture, doors, kitchen, washing machines, house equipment etc).
