Escape in between the sea and the pine forest in Nikiti village area (Sithonia/Halkidiki) in a quiet, secluded and secured area. Now with a great offer for June, with 60e per day (instead of 100e) for up to 4 persons (and then +10e for each more person from the 5th to the 8th).

Available dates for 2020: June 21-29, July 4-15, August 6-12 and after August 23.
Prices:
The price for up to 4 people is: June 60 (from 100e), July-August 100e, September 100e, October-December 70e per day, for up to 4 people. For each more person (from the 5th until the 8th, please add +10e).
Minimum stay is: 5 nights.

The house
In our fully stocked 75 sq.m. (just ONE, we don't have more!) seafront apartment you are never more than 20 steps away from our secluded Kosmas Pigadi beach! Your breakfast or meal is always accompanied by an... orchestra of birds, the sea breeze and the scent of the pine forest. Here you have to forget about mass tourism and enjoy our very quiet beach, and the pine forest with many kilometers for hiking and bicycling. The apartment was renovated in 2017. There are two bedrooms (one with a sea-facing balcony and the other with a pine forest facing balcony), one living-room, one fully stocked kitchen, one bathroom and two balconies. There are three A/C's (in the two bedrooms and the living room), satellite-tv, fast wireless internet (throughout the house and the balconies). Upon reservation we will gladly provide you with our personal rich travel guide about Halkidiki and greater Northern Greece. We are pet friendly.

We are in a very quiet, secluded and secured area. The 75 sq.m. apartment comes with two rooms, separate living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, sea view balcony, 3XA/Cs, 2X canoe/kayaks for free and many more amenities. Very reliable internet guarantees work from our apt.

The house

The beach
Access to the beach is very easy through a flat wide road from our plot to the beach (just 30m walking!). The beach is mostly sandy as is the sea (with only 1-2 meters of stones in the entrance, please see relevant videos). Also the water deepens mildly, making it ideal and safe for kids. In one area of the beach there are big pine trees offering natural shade.

What about some ouzo drink by the sea, with feta cheese and Magia's handmade bread?

Our family summer house is located between Metamorfosi and Nikiti villages (2kms after Metamorfosi and 5kms before Nikiti), right in front of the sea, surrounded by dense pine forest, in a quiet, secluded area, ideal for relaxed holidays.

The distance from Thessaloniki is 95kms and from Thessaloniki “Macedonia” airport is 80kms. It is an apartment in the first floor of a three-storey building of 12 summer apartments, which has been built in 5 acres (5000sq.m.) fenced plot, completely secure for children playing outside in the extended garden. Also there is ample space for free car parking. Our apartment can accommodate up to 6-8 people, or even 9 people (including kids) with the use of an extra bed. We accept pets after prior consultation.

Living room
The living room consists of two traditional wooden sofas (each one of 3seaters, with an extra sliding bed), a wooden coffee-table, a dining table (opens wider and can hold up to 8 persons), a tv set, a bookcase (with tourist material about the area as well) and an air-condition.

Kitchen
In the separate comfortable kitchen room, you will find a fully functional and equipped kitchen, ready to serve all your kitchen needs. There is a large fridge, with a deep free, electric cooker, microwave and a large variery of kitchen appliances such as pots, utensils, pans, plates, bowls, table-clothes, as well as spices, salt, sugar, coffee etc.

Bathroom
In the fully equipped bathroom, there is a shower cabin and a washing machine.

Master bedroom
In the master bedroom there is a wooden double bed, table, comfortable closet and drawers, as well as an air-condition. From here there is direct access to the main “sea” balcony of the apartment.

Second bedroom
In the other room there are two traditional wooden sofas, identical to the ones in the living room, each one of 3 seaters, with an extra sliding bed, comfortable closet and drawers, a wooden bookcase and an air-condition. From here there is direct access to the smaller “forest” balcony of the apartment.

Two balconies
In the larger “sea” balcony there is a panoramic view toward the sea, the garden and the surrounding forest. The balcony is equipped with a bench, a table and lots of comfortable chairs and is an ideal place to start the day with a nice breakfast or to end the day gazing at the blue of the sea and the stars. Tip: your sleep will be accompanied by the breeze and sound of the sea!
In the smaller “forest” balcony there is also a table and chairs and the view is different, with the emphasis being put in the dense pine forest.
We will gladly provide you for free with: sun-umbrellas, folding sand-chairs as well as a canoe with two paddles, in order to keep you… fit, while you will be exploring the successive, quiet, small coves of our area.

The plot
In the comfortable 5 acres plot of the building, children and adults alike have plenty of space to play, read, discuss, have a drink, with the best point being the wooden outdoor table overlooking the sea and the forest. There is also an outdoor shower installation for your convenience. The sense of being in the middle of nature, in between the forest and right in front of the sea, is a strong and relaxing one.

Our neighbourhood
In our immediate vicinity you can do a lot of things: bicycling, jogging or walking in the 7kms flat dirt road among the extended pine forest. You can reach on foot Metamorfosis or Nikiti, either by the sea shore or by the dirt road.
In Metamorfosis village (two kilometers by car or half an hour walking through the dirt road) you will find: mini-markets, groceries, taverns, gyros fast-foods, pharmacy-drug store, and various small shops for beach and clothes accessories, souvenirs, moto/bicycle rental etc. Nikiti is a larger village (5kms away), located in the entrance of Sithonia peninsula and is one of the main tourist destinations in Halkidiki. Here you have to visit the perfectly preserved upper old part of the village (with its stone houses), the ancient Basilica of Sofronios, the church of Agios Nikitas (with the marvelous panoramic view of almost half of Halkidiki) and the many beautiful beaches around Nikiti. From the nearby port of Ormos Panagias, daily cruises depart in the summer period for Mount Athos peninsula and Ammouliani island.
In Nikiti you can find a variety of restaurants, taverns, large supermarkets (Vasilopoulos, Masoutis & Lidl), groceries and butcher stores, banks, ATMs, pharmacies-drug stores, and a variety of shops, moto/bicycle rental etc. The main health center of this peninsula is in Agios Nikolaos, only 16km away from our house.
We will warmly welcome you in our house and we will do our best in order to have an unforgettable stay in beautiful Halkidiki.

About us:
Daniel works as a travel journalist and mountain guide in Paiko mountain, where we have a chestnut farm, open for visitors (schools and families). As a consequence I love travelling, being with people and getting to know new places in Greece and abroad. I am fluent in English and a speak intermediate French.
Maya works as a physiotherapist and loves to travel as well. She is very much into cooking, producing gourmet dishes, jams and sauces. She speaks fluently Russian.

Hello to all!
Escape in between the sea and the pine forest in Nikiti village area (Sithonia/Halkidiki)!

77 days have already been reserved for 2020

In our fully stocked 75 sq.m. (just ONE, we don't have more!) seafront apartment you are never more than 20 steps away from our secluded Kosmas Pigadi beach! Your breakfast or meal is always accompanied by an... orchestra of birds, the sea breeze and the scent of the pine forest. Here you have to forget about mass tourism and enjoy our very quiet beach, and the pine forest with many kilometers for hiking and bicycling. The apartment was renovated in 2017. There are two bedrooms (one with a sea-facing balcony and the other with a pine forest facing balcony), one living-room, one fully stocked kitchen, one bathroom and two balconies. There are three A/C's (in the two bedrooms and the living room), satellite-tv, fast wireless internet (throughout the house and the balconies). We offer for free 2 canoe/paddling boats and one surf, in order to discover our area, plus many tourism proposals about beaches, sightseeing, gastronomy, festivals, shopping, kids activities etc, based on Danos experience as a travel journalist and Paiko mountain ecotourism expert: https://youtu.be/XSSE7dY6KlQ We are kids friendly offering baby cot, baby chair etc.

Available dates for 2020: February 15-April 1, April 15-July 2, July 14-21, August 6-12, August 23-31, September 10-December 31.
Prices:
The price for up to 4 people is: January-March 70e, April 60e, May 70e, June-August 120e, September 100e, October-December 70e per day, for up to 4 people. For each more person (from the 5th until the 8th, please add +10e).
Minimum stay is: January-April 5 nights, May-September 7 nights, October-December 5 nights.

Escape in between the sea and the pine forest in Nikiti village area (Sithonia "leg" of Halkidiki), in a seafront apartment of 75sq.m., with heating units, hosting up to 8 people! Read below our detailed text and see our 7 videos.
Just one hour away from "Macedonia" airport and bustling Thessaloniki city.
Upon reservation we will gladly provide you with our personal rich travel guide about Halkidiki and greater Northern Greece. We are pet friendly.
Minimum stay 5 nights.

We are in a very quiet, secluded and secured area. The 75 sq.m. apartment comes with two rooms, separate living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, sea view balcony, 3XA/Cs, 2X canoe/kayaks for free and many more amenities. Very reliable internet guarantees work from our apt.

The beach
Access to the beach is very easy through a flat wide road from our plot to the beach (just 30m walking!). The beach is mostly sandy as is the sea (with only 1-2 meters of stones in the entrance, please see relevant videos). Also the water deepens mildly, making it ideal and safe for kids. In one area of the beach there are big pine trees offering natural shade.
