Totally new apartment (built 2018) 60 square meters in a two floor villa. Based on the first level just few steps from the garden. Includes a roomy bedroom with a double bed, storage and mountain view. A spacey bathroom with washing machine. A great living room with TV, HiFi stereo and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer also. Living room sleeps 3 person in a sofa which converts to a double bed and a single bed. Living room has great sea view and a veranda to the green garden.

Vourvourou village offers a great variety of facilities such as: Excellent sandy beaches, taverns, mini markets, boat rentals and kayak, surf & sup rentals, cafes, ATM, boat excursion and more. Access for visitors
"Blue Island Villa Apartment" is offered for total use to our guests. The apartment is one of three apartments that our villa hosts. One on the first floor and two on the ground level. The "Blue Island" is the left one on the ground floor. All villa is hosted on a verdant piece of land with great garden which is common for all three apartments and all guest have access. Also in the garden there is parking for 6 cars and a barbeque area with shade awning chairs and tables for our guests for free use.

Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is not packed with houses and residencies, but we still respect the ones we have and we try to keep noise and disturbance low. So we believe you will enjoy your stay with privacy
Transport & Parking
Of course there is a private parking area inside the accommodation land free of access for all our guests. Local buses are not so often but are quite enough for summer months and the local bus stop is few meters away from "Blue Island villa apartment". Visitors guest can park just outside the villa area. The villa garden secures at night with a door for guest safety although criminality in our area is close to 0% during summer.
