Join us on an adventure of flavors our Cooking Class and Roads of Ouzo and Olive Oil offers a chance to experience the best of both worlds.
We will first visit the Museum of Industrial Olive Oil in Aghia Paraskevi and with experience guide presents the industrial phase of Olive-Oil production in Greece like crushing the olives compressing the olive pulp and separating the olive oil fro the water.We will see also the ''Flourmill'' which functioned in a complementary manner during the summer months when the olive press was out of use.
During the tour will visit one local Olive press factory awarded for his Olive Oil and our experiebced and knowledgeable local guide will give you the best info's about the Procedure of Olive Oil.
We will visit a local ouzo distillery where our local guide introduce to us and taste the ouzo and we learn the unique ouzoculture and all the techniques.

The Tour ends at a traditional tavern where an experienced chef will teach you the basics of cooking Greek style.Recognizing the freshest ingredients combining them skillfully and bringing out the most intense flavors are the basis of our cooking class.
At the end of your day you will savor your self - cooked meal with a glass of Ouzo right under the blue sky.There is no greater feast for the senses than experiencing the flavor of Greek life in Lesvos!

from ancient olive trees.Our route starts in navigate to the villages of Gera discover the ancient secrets and the ''Road of Olive Oil'' in the stunning museum ''Vrana'' where we learn about the secrets and the prosessing of traditional bottling of Olive Oil.

We visit a local farm of olive trees and find out the retrieval process of olives by ourselves picking olives with the help from a local producer awarded for his Olive Oil.
