This luxury country house, located on the Southern Peloponnesian mainland, stands on top of its own peninsula surrounded by olive and lemon trees, with spectacular 180 degree view of the sea and surrounding islands. Designed especially for spring, summer and autumn living and relaxing, Villa Karapoliti is set on a 30 acre private hillside. Fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Outside there

is a 20 x 10 meter seawater swimming pool with terrace and 20 meters down the hill is a private beach and its own jetty. The villa has child secured fence and gate to pool area, and it's perfect in all ways for large family with small children or those couples/groups who travel without. Opening onto generous sun covered terrace

- I xKing-sized master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom
- 2 x queen bedrooms with ensuite bathroom
- I x extra guest bathroom
- I x two single bed room children's room

Occupancy
- Maximum 8 guests. Staff
- House Manager Eleni Constas
- House Keeper Michalis Constas
- Cleaning is included 1 day a week
- Cook, shopping assistance, chauffeur, babysitting etc can be arranged on request

when we say private … we mean private!

10 minutes from Galatas local town (a short few minutes ferry across to Poros), sleeps 8, entertaining terrace/outdoor grill, access to the sea, undisturbed waterfront views, big sea water pool with the option to cook, order in or have local cuisine prepared for you in the villa or groceries delivered.

The perfect place to escape, recalibrate and enjoy the best balance a holiday has to offer. Taxi service and private drive shuttles available upon request.
